Learning Specialist, Digital Academy - Aarhus or Gdansk

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Learning Specialist to help upskill our colleagues in key digital skills. If you thrive on designing engaging learning experiences, love collaborating with stakeholders, and enjoy introducing new ideas — this is your chance to make a real impact.

The Digital Academy team is currently expanding. You will take part in helping us co-create scalable learning programs, run dynamic workshops, and drive a culture of continuous development across Arla.

How you will make an impact

As a Learning Specialist, you will manage and deliver top quality learning experiences in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and the Digital Academy team. You will stay up to date with the latest learning formats and tools to spike the interest of digital upskilling in Arla. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinate, structure and co-create engaging, interactive, and scalable learning content and programs for various levels of the organization.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure learning effectiveness, and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Co-create framework and guidelines on how to create and conduct learning experiences as part of a train-the-trainer concept.
• Stay up to date with the latest learning formats and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the Digital Academy.
• Coordinate and execute events and workshops, physical and online.

To be successful in this role you have a passion for learning and development and a strong desire to support employee growth. Your innovative mindset enable you to bring new ideas and learning formats to the table. Further, you possess the ability to work structured and handle multiple tasks in parallel as well as manage priorities effectively. Moreover, we image you have:

• Relevant degree within Information Management, Digital Media, Education, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in learning design, development, and delivery, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in coordinating and conducting events and workshops, both physical and online.
• Preferably tech-savvy and have experience with different technologies as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.

Some travel activity can be expected, approx. 5-15 days a year.
