Junior Specialist - Configuration Supporter

We are looking for a new team member for the Service Transition Team in IT Services, who among other ITIL Practices is responsible for Configuration Management. We need your great team player skills and a positive attitude to support primarily the configuration area and second our change management area to achieve our IT strategy which aims toward a future proof stable foundation.

How you will make an impact

As we are expanding the effort around configuration management we are looking for a profile that can support the IT organization around CMDB and configuration management. You will be supporting the Agile Teams in Solutions when developing solutions and applications that needs CMDB data. As a part of the daily work around CMDB you will assist stakeholders in creating dashboards for improving data transparency, monitor the health of the CMDB by evaluating key performance indicators, and ensure that data quality is compliant with Arla standards. Besides that you will also become a part of our Change Management on duty support, where you together with the Change Manager make sure the our changes is approval properly. 

 

Your support work will include:

 

  • Maintaining the CMDB Data Model and data within CMDB
  • Together with the Configuration Manager develop the CMDB and it´s connected workflows
  • Change Management mailbox “handling” and other smaller tasks.

 

 

What will make you successful

You have good collaborative skills, and you are also motivated working on your own. You are good at building relations with other people and you have a positive service-oriented attitude.
Moreover, you have a strong eye for detail and a good degree of flexibility, allowing you to detect and adapt to sudden changes in your daily work.

 

It would be beneficial if you have a general understanding of  ARLA IT Services and ITIL practices. As we focus on continuous improvement, it would be brilliant if you have an eye for improvement as well.

Educational background
