Junior Members Support Agent with German or French - Gdańsk

Our dedicated Members Service & Operations team in Gdańsk was established two years ago to strengthen support for our farmer owners. As a Junior Member Support Agent, you will provide timely and effective front-line and operational support to over 8,000 farmers in 7 European countries.

 

How you will make an impact:

 

Administrative and Process Support:

  • Assist teams with farmer contact, CRM updates, documentation, and master data management.
  • Work with IT and other departments to improve systems and workflows.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with farmers by providing daily support.
  • Handle inquiries proactively, ensuring high-quality and timely service.

Sustainability Support:

  • Support quality assurance programs promoting sustainable farming.
  • Contribute to initiatives encouraging responsible practices.

Knowledge Resource Creation:

  • Develop a knowledge base and "how-to" guides for farmers and teams.

Ad Hoc Support and Development:

  • Manage daily ad hoc tasks and take part in cross-functional projects, growing your skills and responsibilities over time.

 

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).

 

Who are you?

  • Fluent in German or French (at least B2) with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1).
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong self-motivation and the ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude when supporting farmers and handling inquiries.
  • Adaptable communicator, able to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Proactive problem solver, eager to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with documentation is a plus.
  • Background in customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an additional asset.
