How you will make an impact

As Junior IT Specialist for Commercial applications, you become a part of Application Services team in Arla IT Services department with location in Gdansk. The team that you will be a part of has a high ambition of delivering quality support and improvements to the list of SaaS applications, such as Visualfabriq, Digital Shelf Analytics (and there can be more in the future). You will learn from a very skilled colleagues and you will collaborate with other Arla support teams, the super users and the vendors. This role is a key in supporting our business strategy where you will be responsible for ensuring high quality in our solutions and support. Your work makes Arla business life easier.

In particular you will:

• Deliver second line customer support to Arla´s commercial applications users (mainly Visualfabriq)
• Perform user maintenance tasks, incident resolution and analyses (for Visualfabriq application, DSA tools)
• Communicate and coordinate with applications users, vendors and other Arla teams
• Create  and update  solution documentation

What will make you successful

• The perfect candidate for this role:
• has knowledge about IT tools,
• is eager to learn new applications,
• has good understanding of SaaS solutions and IT language.
• We are open to hiring recent graduates with a relevant IT education or individuals with a couple of years  of working experience in the IT field.
• Experience with ITIL processes or SaaS solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.
