Junior Finance Controller - Gdansk

To our Supply Chain Finance Controlling Team in Gdansk, we are currently  looking to recruit a Junior Finance Controller. About the job

As a member of our Supply Chain Finance Controlling Team in Gdansk you will be responsible for month-end postings being performed according to our policies and guidelines. You will perform reporting tasks and contribute to the dynamic standardisation and automation agenda.

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Handle weekly and monthly financial postings and controlling of same   
  • Perform weekly and monthly reporting tasks within production and logistic
  • Follow-up on open investments and securing on-time capitalization of asset under construction
  • Follow-up on our Robotic solutions and act on deviations
  • Drive standardisation and process improvement, work with Local Controlling and Operations to identify process optimisation opportunities and improve ways of working
  • Perform and maintain documentation of internal processes

 

 

Who are you?

You have strong analytical skills and are great at crunching numbers.

 

Furthermore, you:

  • Have a financial degree at bachelor level or 1-2 years’ experience from a finance/accounting position
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have solid competences within SAP,  MS office package  including excellent excel skills.
  • Are available for business trips as this role may include travelling within Europe for 5-10 days per year.
