Junior Accountant - Gdańsk

How you will make an impact

Our Source to Pay (S2P) team is essential for smooth business operations, managing cash flow and vendor payments. We’re seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounts payable team, where you’ll process and record payments accurately and on time, supporting daily financial activities and fostering strong vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying invoices using Smart Scan
• Processing both PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Managing ad-hoc tasks and resolving escalations
• Performing internal control checks

• Is a graduate or a student in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Is team-oriented and proactive in addressing issues
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and engagement
• Is open to change and continuous improvement
• Speaks English fluently

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
