Junior Accountant, A2R - Gdańsk

We are looking for candidate for the position of Junior Accountant in Accounts to Report - Accounting Operations 2 Team.

Specifically, you will:

• Perform General Ledger period-end procedures according to Timetable;
• Act as Balance Sheet owner: build knowledge about assigned balance sheet accounts, clear and reconcile these accounts;
• Standardize and automate A2R processes;
• Collaborate with business and be support in accounting cases
• Manage Cost Allocation processes
• Generate data/reports for external authorities/audit;
• Participate in ARLA Projects
• Supporting your Team in delivering tasks by sharing knowledge and acting as a change ambassador

• You are eager to develop Your accounting competencies

Furthermore, you have: 

• Educational background in finance, accounting or similar area;
• Min. 1 year experience within accounting (preferably from a Shared Services organisation or major company)
• VBA knowledge and motivation to implement such solutions in daily work
• Good Excel knowledge,
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Fluency in English

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
