You will be part of the Automation and Analytics Services team in Application Services covering automation and data analytics services . Our teams are located in Viby, Denmark, Leeds, UK, and Gdansk, Poland.
We are seeking a manager to oversee the stability, scalability, and maintenance of our RPA tools as part of the Automation and Analytics Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established team in ensuring our digital workforce runs at optimal performance, developing solutions and enhancements to meet our high standards. With digitalization accelerating every day, this role is essential in ensuring our digital ambitions are met in the most stable, scalable, and secure environment possible.
Specifically in the role you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing team consisting of 7 employees,
- Ensuring stable deliveries from the team according to established prioritization rules,
- Driving the team in a DevOps mode towards our ambitious Robotics Roadmap
- Ensuring the solutions development according to the best practices and security standards,
- Working with Blue Prism, RoboFinance, and Power Platform to integrate processes across all business areas
- You will work together with the Service Delivery Manager to secure measures and targets are achieved and ambitious enough to challenge us to do more.
- You will work with our Architect to ensure we are increasing effectiveness and quality of our processes& solutions.
What will make you successful
For this role, we are looking for a self-motivated professional who positively thrives in a challenging environment. You should have a leadership experience within IT area and possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both senior leaders and technical specialists. Additionally, you should be capable of consistently delivering on results while also anticipating and understanding future development opportunities within process automation area.
Furthermore, you:
- You have a master’s degree within IT or other relevant areas with at least 4 years of experience working in that area.
- AND, at least 2 years’ experience as a manager or team leader ideally managing a team of technical experts.
- Experience of development or maintenance with RPA tools, in particular BluePrism is desired
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerPlatform, SQL or SAP would all be very advantageous.
- Additionally, working knowledge of ITIL and/or Agile (SaFE) methodologies would be a great addition.
- As we work every day in English, it is natural that you also speak and write English effortlessly, also fluency in Polish would be advantageous but not required.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
