As a graduate in IT, you're about to kick-start your career. You will get hands-on experience and guidance through 2 rotations, development camps, a dedicated mentor and a great network, as you help drive solutions throughout our IT organization.

 

Our IT Graduate Programme is a two-year opportunity designed to start your career right after graduation, allowing you to explore different areas of IT and come closer to your area of interest and expertise. The IT programme has broad career possibilities, and after the programme, your journey will continue in Arla IT in a role within your desired field.

You will be located in the Gdansk office for the 2-year graduate programme.

Further, you:

  • Aspire to pursue a career in IT
  • Live in Poland
  • Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree completed no more than two years before the start of the IT graduate programme in September 2025

 

 

 

What do we offer during the two rotations?

 

The IT graduate programme allows you to try out different areas of IT to come closer to your field of interest. For the first rotation, lasting 12 months, you will have the role of a solution consultant.

For the second rotation you will take part in selecting your position in terms of where your interest and interesting projects lies.

Junior IT Delivery Consultant

Being a junior IT Delivery Consultant for the first rotation allows you to kick-start your career with immersive, hands-on experience in the heart of IT service delivery.

You will gain end-to-end exposure to the lifecycle of IT services - from design and implementation to performance management and continuous improvements.

In this area you will build knowledge and skills around infrastructure, distributed systems, information technology and service optimization.

You will be involved in the implementation of both technical and behavioural changes throughout the organization and help ensure a good collaboration with different stakeholders across a landscape of end users, vendors and supporting functions in IT.
