As an HR Support Team leader, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial, and procurement operations. About the job

HR Shared Services in Arla is a unique place where you can learn a wide variety of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance management, Masterdata, mobility, and more. We support our colleagues as a 1st line support with HR questions and tasks. Moreover, we work closely with HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.

 

Hr Support PCL team members act as a first-line support to Arla colleagues globally with HR questions and are also responsible for administration operations in the area of performance, compensation, learning, and mobility.

 

In a Team Leader role, while motivating and engaging the team, you would be responsible for taking up operational responsibility for the service and performance of an HR Support Team (Performance, Compensation & Learning). In addition to that, you would develop an understanding of policies and procedures as relevant for the work of the HR Support Team.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead, develop, and support the team of HR Specialists and HR Administrators.
  • Contribute to the HRSSC management team
  • Deliver operational plans by setting day-to-day team objectives, workload planning, and delivering high-quality service to our customers to ensure the realization of tasks according to good practice and SLA
  • Monitor performance dashboards to identify areas of risk or intervention
  • Act as an escalation point for all queries addressed to your team
  • Participate in the transformation journey for HR Support Team globally

 

On top of that, you will develop a cross-functional partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency or improvements. To support that goal establishing knowledge sharing with other leads within the HR Community would be needed.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Solid knowledge about tier model/ Service Delivery model/ call & case management
  • Solid knowledge about HR processes and HR policies
  • Very good command of English
  • Task transition handling experience within SSC organization

 

Thanks to your high organizational understanding and networking and influencing skills, you know how to build and maintain stakeholder relations. Work under time pressure in a very challenging and changeable environment enables your proactiveness and problem-solving ability. Last but not least, the global mindset and ability to deliver in different cultural environments support your decisiveness and change management skills.
