How you will make an impact
As the Global Senior Process Manager- A2R, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our Account to Report process. Your main goal will be to ensure that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through the use of technology. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital transformation initiatives, process improvement strategies, and automation solutions.
Specifically, you will:
- Apply data-driven approaches to transform the A2R process
- Design and develop process monitoring dashboards and execution instruments
- Develop KPI targets to prioritize and drive end-to-end process improvements
- Benchmark our A2R performance against industry standards to identify opportunities
- Lead change management activities for process and system enhancements
- Collaborate with other finance functions to deliver operational excellence and quality service
- Participate in global data analytics initiatives, identifying trends and process inefficiencies

Qualifications:
- Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge: A deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, combined with strong analytical skills, is essential to effectively drive process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP and Process Performance Management: Experience working with SAP and a proven track record in process performance management will enable you to effectively optimize our A2R process.
- Project and Change Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading projects and driving change within an organization is crucial for this role.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization is vital for implementing process improvements and driving change.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration is required to ensure a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance project coordination, is necessary to bring valuable insights and expertise to the role.
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration within our global organization.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification: While not a mandatory requirement, a Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous in driving process improvement initiatives.
- ACCA or Similar Certification: Another advantageous qualification would be an ACCA or similar certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards and practices.
