Finance Team Leader

Apply for a  Finance Team Leader position and you’ll become vital part of Account to Report department. We are looking for a person with solid accounting background, able to create vision, lead the team and operate with an international perspective.

 

About the Role

 

As a Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible to ensure alignment of accounting processes and compliance to both  IFRS and local standards. You will manage team of 10+ accounting professionals .You will  collaborate with other finance and accounting teams and stakeholders to streamline financial reporting process following the digital roadmap and continues improvement agenda.

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the A2R team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for professional development
  • Oversee end-to-end A2R  processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance to IFRS and local standards , and efficiency
  • Implement and optimize A2R processes to enhance overall effectiveness
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting tasks, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Assuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

 

Who are you?  

 

We are looking for candidates with solid general accounting knowledge , vast experience with accounting processes ( like leasing, fixed assets, cost allocation, reconciliation )  and experience in leadership and managing teams, preferably within international environment. It is crucial that you have at least 5 years’ experience in finance and proven track of leadership.  ACCA or similar accounting certificate will be beneficial.
