About the job
As our new Finance Manager within Reporting & Analytics, you will lead a team of approx. 6-8 specialists in a variety of reporting tasks and activities but also reporting, BI, data & analytics developments for Finance community.
Specifically, you will:
- Manage and develop team of Finance Associates, Finance Analysts.
- Ensures tactical direction and timely completion of operational tasks as well as brand new data & analytics deliveries in the team.
- Excel the standard of the current reporting (efficiency, automation, ways of working).
- Set up reporting rules and guidance across Z/Fs to achieve alignment, synergies and improve transparency.
- Support the development of the new Data, Reporting & Analytics ideas and solutions. This includes identifying new ways of working, sources of data and tools to improve analysis and understanding of performance.
- Establish proper dialogue with Stakeholders on Reporting & Analytics needs as well as monitoring and reporting progress.
- Prioritize and manage data, analytics and reporting requests efficiently.
- Support ongoing and ad-hoc requests and projects within Finance, Performance Management and Digital Finance area.
- Work in Agile ways of working anchored for Finance purposes.
- Work as part of the team to ensure Reporting & Analytics becomes and stays Arla Best Practice on Reporting/Analytics & Data within Finance.
Who are you?
- You hold Master’s degree in Finance/IT/Business with 5+ years of professional experience in Finance
- You have 3+ years of People Leadership experience
- You are passionate about Digital Finance with general understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Agile, Azure, Databricks and Data Foundation concepts
- You easily navigate in international environment, including high organizational understanding, but also comfortable challenging the “status quo”
- You enjoy building positive relationship with stakeholders and within the team
- You are able to work under time pressure in challenging and changeable environment
Furthermore, you have:
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, and a firm tool box on communication, presentation and spreadsheet work
- You have a good understanding of financial tools & systems and preferably strong analytical capabilities and technical skills
- Experience in Project management, including effective communication skills, being able to present your points in an easily understandable and convincing way
- A genuine interest in optimizing efficiencies and insights through
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects (or other ERP) as an advantage
- Fluency in English
