About the job

As our new Finance Analyst within Reporting & Analytics, you will work closely with and support other members of the team, stakeholders and business owners in a variety of tasks and activities related to internal reporting, BI and data & analytics developments for Finance community

You can expect this position will give you a fantastic opportunity to grow, taking on more complex responsibilities as your experience develops.

Specifically, you will:
 

• Deliver efficiently on regular critical global financial reporting and financial activities in a timely manner based on direction from more senior team members, stakeholders and business owners
• Contribute with other team members to the development and creation of different types of reporting by developing Power BI & other digital solutions for Finance community
• Compile and aggregate data into understandable reports and analysis with support from senior team members
• Run reports from ERP systems to support analytical results and decision-making. Slice and dice data as well as drill into data from reports to reveal patterns that are not directly visible
• Support in development of brand new Digital Finance Reporting & Analytics solutions, mostly with use of Microsoft Power Platform tools & newest technologies
• Work in Agile ways of working anchored for Finance purposes
• Work as part of the team to ensure Reporting & Analytics becomes and stays Arla Best Practice on Reporting/Analytics & Data within Finance.

Who are you?
 

• You have a good understanding of financial tools and some practical experience in applying the relevant tools to various financial disciplines
• 2+ years of professional experience in international environment (big4 experience as an advantage)
• You have strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• You are passionate about Digital Finance including AI & Automation
• You enjoy building positive relationship with stakeholders and within the team
• You are able to work under time pressure in challenging and changeable environment

Furthermore, you have
 

• Completed educational background in Accountancy/Finance/IT (or similar)
• Solid knowledge about accounting and finance
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA as an advantage)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP as an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and SAP BusinessObjects as an advantage
• Basic understanding of Agile principles as an advantage
• Fluency in English
