Expert Specialist - Microsoft Power Platform - Gdansk

As an Expert Specialist you will be key to running our Power Platform Operations across the entire organisation, keeping up with the all the latest developments, supporting and upskilling others in the team to provide first class support for both our Power Platform users and Citizen Developers. How you will make an impact

In this role, our will be at the heart of maintaining, governing and supporting Arla’s journey with Power Platform. You will be part of our IT Operations team maintaining the platform, governing it’s usage, supporting our solutions but also being at the forefront of Microsoft offerings in this area, therefore supporting your team and others withing the organsation in being successful with developments in this area.

Key Responsibilities

·       Act as the expert in the Power Platform team by supporting others with complex issues, advising projects and developers on best practices, and ensuring correct platform usage.

·       Stay up to date with new Power Platform developments (including Copilot & AI Builder) and share knowledge with the team and broader organization.

·       Provide enhanced support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions, including those utilizing Copilot and AI Builder.

·       Support and upskill the Power Platform team and Citizen Developers, including receiving handovers from IT Delivery Trains and certified Citizen Developers.

·       Lead or support training sessions for both the team and business users to build platform capability across the organization.

Furthermore, you have

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and Extensive experience in the Microsoft Area.

·       At least 10 years of experience in a related IT roles, with at least 4 years of experience in Power Platform

·       Excelent  knowledge in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Ecosystem (Entra, Azure, MS Graph, M365)

·       Experience of AI Builder and Copilot studio would be a major advantage

·       Proficiency with SQL would be a major advantage.

·       Experience with ServiceNow is also an advantage.
