How you will make an impact
 

As an Endpoint Management Specialist at Arla, you'll play a vital role in our End User Computing Team, which sits within the broader Infrastructure Services department. Your mission will be to refine and oversee the management and integration of both MacBook and Windows devices. This permanent position is central to the growth of our team as we focus on enhancing our internal capabilities and welcoming new services. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Providing technical support for MacBooks, with the ability to extend services to Windows devices as needed.
  • Managing MacBook environments using Jamf Pro for device configuration, policy enforcement, and software deployment, while maintaining familiarity with Windows 10/11 management.
  • Leading the deployment and management of patches, updates, and images specifically for MacBook fleets.
  • Ensuring the integration of specialized devices such as Teams Rooms devices operates smoothly with MacBooks, alongside supplementary Windows system compatibility.
  • Applying and managing Active Directory and Azure AD policies with a focus on optimizing MacBook security and user access.
  • Working closely with IT architects and administrators to enhance and maintain MacBook infrastructure.
  • Performing security assessments and performance tuning predominantly for MacBooks.
  • Conducting security and performance analyses on deployments devices

 

What will make you successful
 

The ideal candidate for the Endpoint  Management Specialist in Arla's End User Computing team will combine deep technical expertise with a set of distinct personal qualities that are essential for success in this role:
 

  • Extensive experience with Jamf Pro for device management, including creating and administering operating system installation packages and application deployment
  • Proficient knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on IT experience, including 1 year of managing Jamf, Intune, desktop solutions, and application delivery.
  • Understanding of ITIL and Agile processes (ITIL and SAFE certifications nice to have)
  • Extensive knowledge in managing Windows 10/11 via Configuration Manager and/or Intune.
  • Knowledge of AVD desktops, application delivery, and related Azure infrastructure and services (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and related policies.
  • Understanding of design, delivery, and maintenance lifecycles.
  • Detailed-oriented team player with a strong technology background.
  • JAMF certification is highly recommended
  • Nice to have Windows 10/11 or Modern Desktop certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Ability to handle complex dependencies and corporate procedures.
  • Master's level education in Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and global environment/company.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes.
  • Ability to manage a mixed environment of Apple and other platforms, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
