Data Analyst in HR - Gdansk

An opportunity has arisen to join the Global People Insights team, which is a part of HR Service Delivery. We are looking for a new colleague to help build and maintain HR reporting across Arla. You will be working in a team with highly ambitious colleagues who are dedicated to enable a data driven performance culture that will support Arla to achieve superior employee experience.

As a Data Analyst, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with HR, IT, financial and procurement operations. About the job

You will be part of the Global People Insights team located both in Gdańsk and HQ Viby. We are looking for a colleague who can deliver service excellence in the form of timely day-to-day high quality reporting to business and stakeholders. You will drive and support the reporting portfolio and participate in continuous improvement of the reporting portfolio. Furthermore, you will participate in HR projects securing the reporting setup.


Specifically, you will:

  • Ensure the right level of support  to the business (people leaders and HRBPs) in Service Now
  • Support the monthly reporting portfolio updates
  • Build new dashboards/reporting in accordance to business needs
  • Interact with key customers / Stakeholders
  • Documentation of Reporting relevant processes
  • Support global master data quality
  • Drive Lean initiatives


Who are you?

You  are highly dedicated to deliver high quality work and have an eye for details. You can translate business request into data insights, and secure a sustainable setup. Preferably, you have experience in organizing complex data and ensure an efficient and stable reporting structure.


You like to be part of a team and collaboration is important to you. Communication and stakeholder management comes natural to you and at the same time, you must have a strong execution mindset and good at working in a fastmoving environment to tight deadlines.


Furthermore, you have:

  • Some knowledge of HR master data processes and DQ understanding,
  • Strong Excel skills,
  • Skills within Power BI,
  • Proficient in IT tools usage,
  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail,
  • Planning, organizing execution and follow up,
  • Positive can do attitude,
  • Fluent English.
