Step into the world of Platforms, where you'll collaborate with Business Owners, BCM team members, and support Platform teams to drive the adoption of cutting-edge products, tools, and technologies in Data & Analytics, Cloud, and GenAI. How you will make an impact

As a Business Change Manager, you will together with Product Owners drive the adoption and usage of our products in Platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders, utilizing change management methodologies and tools to ensure successful adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assess change impact and define strategies to succeed on the people side of change
• Ensure end-user adoption is thought into our products
• Define success for people side of change and ensure ongoing tracking
• Plan and execute change management activities
• Prepare project teams and sponsors for their role in change
• Participate in communities to spar with colleagues and improve the change management  discipline within Platforms and Arla IT

• Have a relevant degree within IT, Communication, Business Economics or similar
• Have experience from a similar role within change management with proven results
• Speak and write English on a professional level as you will join an international team working across borders
