As a Automation Maintenance Specialist, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 500 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. About the job

This role is in the diverse and international, Workforce Capabilities & Analysis team in Application Services, IT Operations, covering the areas: HR, Finance, Robotics and Analytics.

Our team is placed in Viby, Denmark, Leeds, UK and Gdansk, Poland.


As a department, we are taking care of the IT maintenance and support. Ensuring we service our applications in the most optimal way focusing on quality. We empower ourselves and our partners with collaborating closely in a honest and open way whilst having fun doing IT.


We are scaling up in the Robotics Automation area and you will join the growing team in IT Operations supporting our business as well as our IT Solutions teams.


In this role you will find yourself in a team of professionals who are trusted as the experts of their area. With the freedom and trust to get on and do a great job, whilst being empowered to realise the improvements they identify in their daily work.


Working everyday with so many different areas gives you the perfect platform to grow your network and develop, continuing your personal and professional growth with Arla all while being supported by your manager to not just hit the business targets but really ensure your growth is not forgotten.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Handling incidents and service requests for robots.
  • Working with vendors to setup virtual machines in the right timeframe and with the right config to be put to work immediately.
  • Working in BluePrism, RoboFinance and Power Platform with processes spanning the business areas.
  • Reviewing and improving all robots in our area.
  • Constant focus on continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with our Agile Release Trains to ensure they are supported by us and that what they develop can be maintained and supported after go live.
  • Handling change requests to the robots in production as per business requirements

 

Who are you?

You are focused and persistent on achieving goals using your abilities to ensure great collaboration with your colleagues and all our stakeholders. Your attention to detail often sees you spotting things others might have missed and thrive in a situation when things are maybe not going to plan and it is up to you alongside your colleagues to get things back to normal quickly.

 

Furthermore, you:

  • A master’s degree within IT, Finance, Robotic Process Automation or other relevant areas OR at least 4 years of experience working in that area.
  • Experience building process automations from the ground up using BluePrism is a must.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform is a benefit.
  • ServiceNow experience is a benefit but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, VB.net is a benefit but not mandatory.
