How you will make an impact.
 

As a Communication and Engagement Senior Professional, you will play an important role in developing and implementing Arla Gdansk's internal communication framework. Your efforts will enhance employee engagement and strengthen our employer brand. You will work closely with the Head of GSS and the People Engagement team to deliver impactful initiatives.

  • Create internal communication materials to address important business updates.
  • Develop and coordinate engagement initiatives, managing the budget in collaboration with the Head of Arla GSS.
  • Promote engagement initiatives through internal communication channels to ensure maximum participation.
  • Manage vendors supporting the organization of people engagement initiatives.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by creating posts on LinkedIn and press releases.

 

What will make you successful
 

To excel in this role, you should have a blend of professional skills and personal characteristics that align with our dynamic environment:

  • 3+ years of experience in Internal/External Communication, HR, Copywriting, Employer Branding, or Change Management
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven record in planning and creating internal communication plans and materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing projects and internal initiatives that strengthen company culture and engagement.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills..
