Retail Van Assistant Manager - Baghdad

We are currently looking to recruit a Retail Van Assistant Manager in Baghdad to join the Iraq team. At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world’s favourite dairy products. Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the van sales channel
  • Create Routes, Coverage & operations of van sales
  • Coaching in market and off market, mentoring and motivating team members to help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop with finance a system for sectional ROI drive that with team
  • Perfect store execution and compliance
  • Liaison with CCSM and Operations to drive channel priorities.
  • Acting as the liaison and partner between customers, sales associates, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain the route planning on national bases.
  • Ensure company sales guideline implemented at stores.
  • Staying up-to-date with detailed knowledge on new and existing products.
  • Achieving financial targets and implementing new or existing loss prevention procedures.
  • Working with the sales head to deliver promotional strategies and programs.
  • Studying market research and trends to determine and forecast customer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor sales


KPI : sales Target, Coverage/productivity, route Profitability


Job Specifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
    • 5 years' experience in Cash van operation or sales preferably in an equivalent field.


Required Languages

    • Good command of the Arabic language.
    • Good English reading and writing.
