Role Overview:

Based in Erbil, you'll join Arla Iraq’s Category Development Team, working closely with the commercial team across Iraq. This role emphasizes a growth mindset, agility, and frontline collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand/category growth via campaign execution.
  • Align sales and category strategies, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance in-store performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and campaign outcomes.
  • Optimize promotional activities and shopper investments (e.g., secondary placements, sampling).
  • Develop in-store solutions to boost category spend and shopper satisfaction.
  • Manage agencies for production, deployment, and execution.
  • Lead the Perfect Stores agenda, chillers/coolers plans, and third-party agency relations.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of POSM throughout the year.
  • Oversee external promoters and implement promoter plans.

 

Your Profile:

  • Trade Marketing Expertise: Experience in traditional and digital campaigns, trade operations, and shopper engagement.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Self-Starter & Team Player: Outgoing, passionate, with excellent networking and presentation skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
