Global Post Producer

So, what’s The Barn?

 

Our in-house agency – The Barn – was established in 2019 to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Today, we have strong teams specializing in campaign development, and content production. We work interdisciplinary and we are curious, data driven, and result oriented. You’ll be working alongside specialists within production as well as other nice colleagues in strategy, planning, media buying, data analysis, tech and creative development.

 

Here’s the essence of your new job:

 

As a Global Post Producer you’ll play a key role. You’ll be largely, but not solely, responsible for the              post-production and work alongside producer colleagues from early production to final delivery. That’s the essence. Then there’s all the non-work-related fun, the fantastic vibes, and being part of a young and ambitious agency.

  • The ball’s in your hand: Lead the entire post-production process of creative content from post production to final delivery and project afterlife.
  • Collaborate and work smart: Work with creatives, media buyers, and producers to clarify content requirements and ensure optimal formats for projects are delivered in the smartest way.
  • Manage the team: Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to manage and allocate resources as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage time & budget: Negotiate contracts, estimate costs, and manage budgets.                             Build post-production schedules and manage the day-to-day operations of our specialists. Manage procedures, help build production workflows, and produce smart to ensure creative quality is met and projects are delivered on time and in full. 
  • Partner up: Use your network and identify and build new partnerships with agencies, production houses, and freelance specialists.
  • Be on brand: Ensure brand guidelines and TOV is represented accordingly in the creation and approval of content.

 

Can you tick off the below?

 

You have +5 years of experience across multi-disciplinary campaigns (digital and film) and likely you hold a BA degree in TV/film or animation. You are able to manage multiple production plans and projects from beginning to end and know what to expect and what to do next at any given point during the post-production phase. You’re equally a motivator and a problem solver who knows every detail of any given project – while keeping all stakeholders informed and advised throughout the process. A problem solver, you could say.

 

As a person we expect you to be, well, first of all nice. Secondly, having excellent communication skills in English is needed, and we need you to be comfortable with presentations and close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization. You know…, a people’s person.
