Senior Manager / Head of Digital, Media and Brand Building – Düsseldorf

 

Join our team as the Senior Manager, Head of Digital, Media, and Brand Building, where you'll be at the forefront of driving brand excellence and innovative creative strategies for our branded portfolio in Arla Germany. You'll collaborate with our brand marketing teams to craft and execute top-notch brand, media and digital plans. As a leader, you'll manage key media and digital initiatives, coordinate with our agencies, and support brand leaders in creative development. Your expertise will ensure alignment with global frameworks, utilizing data insights for continuous improvement. Lead the charge in media and digital innovation, fostering a dynamic and cutting-edge brand ecosystem.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive local brand building, digital, and media strategies aligned with global objectives, and collaborate with brand marketing teams for strategy execution.
  • Lead local commercial media and digital initiatives, managing relationships with media, creative, and digital agencies.
  • Ensure strong execution and optimization through data analytics, aligning with global and local frameworks.
  • spearhead media and digital innovation projects, and integrate efforts between the in-house agency, The Barn, and media & digital specialists.
  • Serve as the local anchor for the Arla Next Generation Marketing capability program, manage a team of approximately 10-15 people, and be part of the local marketing leadership team.

  • Extensive experience in digital, media, and brand strategy leadership.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing branding, media, and digital plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels with the ability to lead key initiatives.
  • Experienced in agency management, team coordination, and senior stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, digital innovations, and KPI analysis.
