Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager you will be reporting to the Regional HR Director MENA and will be based in Dubai. You will be mainly responsible to drive talent agenda in Arla MENA with focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

 

Talent Acquisition :

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates, particularly for Leadership Team (LT) positions, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist Regional Offices (RO) and smaller markets, especially those established through Joint Ventures (JV), with recruitment needs.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Headhunting: Operate as a headhunter for both internal and external candidates, utilizing networks and industry insights to find top talent.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient, providing a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Metrics: Monitor and evaluate talent metrics to measure the success of recruitment and development strategies.

 

Talent Development:

  • Succession Planning: Contribute to succession planning efforts and leadership development programs to maintain a strong future leadership pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement through targeted development programs and opportunities for career advancement.
  • Skill Gap Analysis: Work with senior management to identify skill gaps and employ strategies to address them as part of Talent Pool Management.
  • Talent Pool Management: Oversee the Talent Pool List, ensuring its visibility and relevance to meet immediate and future talent requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, especially for senior and leadership roles.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and practices, with headhunting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to support succession planning and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with management and candidates.
