Are you a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded professional with a passion for e-commerce? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in our e-commerce department. If you have experience in managing online retailer relationships and are eager to take on new challenges, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key online retailers. Drive sales growth by enhancing visibility, product assortment, and promotional strategies.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement customized plans for each e-commerce partner. Launch promotional campaigns to boost market share and sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and media metrics to evaluate performance. Provide regular insights and reports on account achievements and growth opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new e-commerce opportunities. Negotiate terms to establish profitable business relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive strategies and timely product delivery.
- Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive innovative strategies to support company growth goals. Act as the primary business owner for e-commerce accounts.
Who You Are:
You have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management or sales, ideally in the FMCG sector. With proven success in growing sales on e-commerce platforms, particularly with pure players like Tmart, Noon, and Careem. You hold Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus. You are proficient in e-commerce tools and platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Citrus Ads, and Criteo and familiar with e-commerce marketing techniques including SEO and paid ads. You have strong negotiation and communication skills. An analytical thinker who can turn data into actionable strategies. You are UAE national with family book.
