You will join the Arla Foods Qatar sales team and you will be working together with skilled and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed are part of the everyday job.
You will be a part of the Sales Leadership Team and you will play a key role to secure growth with our key accounts.
About the job

- Develop, and manage account activity plans to meet budgeted volumes and margin objectives, in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the implementation of the commercial strategy with key account customers.
- Lead the annual agreement negotiation process with key retailer.
- Produce excellent conceptual selling decks and establish Arla Foods as the category leader with key customers.
- Deliver annual sales and P&L targets by developing and executing the customer business plans
- Prepare and evaluate/track sales budgets ensuring that agreement counter performance (from customer) is executed.
- Build effective annual promotion plans based on sound sales development and profitability analysis.
- Develop customer strategy and annual business plan in line with overall sales strategy
- Effective management of allocated promotional budgets.
- Analyze available data sources to manage the portfolio and drive growth opportunities for Arla brands with each customer.
- Continuously analyze customer development, define and maximize business development opportunities
- Ensure that the company is at the forefront of customer relationship management.
- Continually search to understand customer needs better and respond with customized program (in line with the brand equity) that are mutually beneficial for Arla and the customer.
- Build strong intercompany networks and establish close cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders on the customer side.
- Jointly develop winning customer category strategies and conceptual sells.
Who are you?
- FMCG sales experience of minimum 5 years including 2 years of account management.
- Experience of managing business development agreements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – internal and external.
- An expert in understanding sales and category trends
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to take calculated risk.
- Excellent use of office applications, Microsoft Office
