Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive growth and innovation in the food service industry? Arla is looking for a motivated Head of Food Service Qatar to spearhead our operations and lead a team to success. If you have a strategic mindset and a passion for excellence, we want you on our team!.

As the Head of Food Service Qatar, you will manage the channel P&L, ensuring that Arla meets its financial targets and organizational ambitions. You'll lead two direct reports and develop two dedicated distributors, acting as a change catalyst to implement a customer-centric sales strategy that keeps us ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and align a multi-year sales strategy for the food service channel.
• Lead the forecast process and set financial targets in line with company ambitions.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
• Negotiate and finalize BDAs and commercial agreements with distributors.
• Participate actively in defining and implementing NPD projects.
• Be a key member of the Qatar management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Specific Tasks:

• Analyse external environments, anticipate challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
• Adapt strategies to navigate volatile market situations.
• Set and forecast sales targets, aligning them with financial objectives.
• Optimize demand planning to improve sales forecast accuracy and reduce waste.
• Lead and develop the sales organization, engaging the team and building a positive culture.
• Strengthen sales functional and leadership capabilities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the Food Service/HORECA sector
• Strong knowledge of HORECA business dynamics
• Ideally, past experience in hospitality
