To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, Arla Foods is currently looking for a agile and energetic individual for Professional/ Senior Professional - Sales Support & Development role.

About the job

Based at Bangladesh (Arla BD Head Office), you will become a part of the Sales Support team, with the task of Sales automation and reporting, data stucturing and developing dashboard, providing actionable business insights.

Doing so, you will:

Configure the Sales Force Automation (SFA) to meet specific business requirements and optimize reporting.
Collect and integrate sales data from multiple sources, including SFA systems and databases.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for improved sales performance.
Create sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Communicate key metrics and insights to the sales team and senior management effectively.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements and provide guidance on SFA system and Power BI usage.
Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Design and conduct training sessions for sales teams on system functionalities and best practices.
Develop user guides and standard operating procedures for system use and data handling.
Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SFA system and Power BI.
Stay informed about new features and updates in SFA and Power BI and implement relevant changes.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations departments to align sales strategies and objectives.
Monitor and analyse system usage and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Who are you?

You should have previous experience on reporting. You need to have strong Sales and Distribution Business knowledge. You need to be very good at communication and analytical skills, very good at stakeholder management. You are committed, love teamwork and enjoy working on a wide variety of projects simultaneously. It is also vital that you are tenacious, with a drive to get things done.

Furthermore, you:

Graduation in any discipline.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI and Power Query, and other analytical tools
At least 2-year experience on reporting.
Sales and Distribution Business knowledge.
Strong communication & presentation skills
Fast learner, Proactive and high attention to details.
