- You will have overall responsibility of designing and facilitating the full recruitment process, including assessment centres and competency style interviews. You will be delivering behavioural assessment feedback to all interviewed candidates using Predictive Index or Hogan depending on the level of the position.
- As part of onboarding of successful candidates you will create onboarding packs to ensure a smooth transition into Arla.
- You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders in this role, internally and externally of Arla. Fostering true partnering expertise to your site stakeholders, providing technical recruitment advice and a consultative approach.
