Are you an experienced Maintenance & Engineering professional ready to take ownership of planning and coordination in a fast-paced, high-performing environment? This is especially exciting as the creamery is undergoing a major transformation, thanks to a £180 million investment.
How you will make an impact
- Plan and schedule planned maintenance work orders, ensuring alignment across operations and planning teams.
- Scope and prepare maintenance work packages including labour, spare parts, tools, and Control of Work requirements (e.g. permit-to-work, risk assessment, LOTO).
- Coordinate deferred corrective maintenance and support improvement projects related to Maintenance & Utilities.
- Act as site CMMS (SAP PM) super-user, supporting pilot projects and upskilling users in system processes.
- Create and maintain master data in CMMS for equipment, maintenance plans, BOMs, and task lists.
- Develop standard work instructions and procedures to drive consistency and compliance.
- Facilitate data analysis sessions and provide insights to the M&E leadership team and LCO Core team.
- Support MRO Coordinator in optimising spare part utilisation and contribute to M&E financial processes.

- Strong technical education in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair processes within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to work within established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms, with a passion for data and digital tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset.

- Processes approximately 1.2 million litres of milk daily, producing over 100 tonnes of award-winning cheeses including BOB and Castello Tickler, alongside butter and whey powder.
