We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Arla Foods Ingredients South America (AFISA) office in Buenos Aires.

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is a subsidiary of Arla Foods and is a leading whey ingredient supplier for early life nutrition, medical applications, sports nutrition and food applications. We are known for having the industry’s highest levels of quality, innovation, and food safety. AFISA was established more than two decades ago and has today 160 employees within various locations in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.

 

HR Business Partner, South America

 

Are you an ambitious and driven HR BP who wants to work at a fast, market leading, global ingredient company? Do you have a growth mindset and a wish to further develop your career? The HRBP AFISA will, with direct reference to Managing Director AFISA, be 100% accountable for covering the AFISA organization and will be part of AFI HR community with a dotted line to the Head of AFI HR.

 

Key Responsibility

 

  • You will lead strategic HR and business projects across functions and across AFISA – primarily in own areas of responsibility and secondary in ONE AFI as a whole
  • You will be the preferred key sparring and HR Business partner for the Leadership Team (Managing Director, management teams, single leaders)
  • You will discover, provide, and deliver professional support for the line management on all HR issues (incl. securing seamlessly delivery in cooperation with ONEHR)
  • You will secure successful implementation and anchoring of key HR processes and policies throughout AFISA (primarily based on the people calendar) by leading and developing leaders to create an organization with a performance culture -and function as guardian of HR excellence
  • You will need to identify, improve or develop HR processes (both AFI and AFISA specific) and offer challenging perspectives and insight to formulate strategy on all HR areas – based on the AFI business and HR strategy

 

Your profile

 

  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP developing organisations and leaders to success – preferably from a commercial organisation
  • You have already gained experience from medium/large international/global company with different cultures
  • You will translate the Business and HR Strategy into concrete action plans and you have the ability to maintain multiple streams of work and activities simultaneously
  • You already have experience in the field of Change management, Talent Management, Organisational- and Competence development with the focus of implementing HR core processes
  • You have the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships at all levels and collaborate with people in different international organizations
  • You bring a strong business acumen with you
  • You are a self-driven person who is willing to go the extra mile and for whom it is natural to actively and successfully exchange and network with various stakeholders at different locations
  • Your fluency in Spanish and English as well as knowledge of Portuguese (beneficial) complete your profile
