Area of Responsibility:
- Oversee office management for Baghdad and coordinate Erbil operations.
- Ensure offices function efficiently with proper management and facilities.
Specific Tasks:
- Manage general office tasks and reception duties.
- Arrange hotels, flights, and other travel requirements.
- Supervise drivers, cleaners, and office support staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks for accounting and finance, including filing.
- Coordinate office improvements and renovations with leadership.
- Draft documents (reports, memos, letters).
- Create and manage design templates.
- Organize, track, and archive important files.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Plan and prepare for events, conferences, and meetings.
- Manage office expenses and submit expense reports.
- Lead and oversee 2 office workers, 1 cleaner, 1 driver, and 1 administrative assistant.
Skills and competencies
Functional skills:
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communication skills, both writing and speech
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
Personal competencies:
