About the job:
Based at Baghdad, you will lead the Food Service team all over Iraq.
What you are responsible for…….
- Sales responsible for the foodservice sales in Iraq on national level
- Lead and set direction for the local team consisting of currently 4 direct sales reps
- Plans and executes foodservice activities with FS Head and other relevant stakeholders
- Sets and achieve daily targets
- Lead local strategic implementation under FS Head guidance
- Plans and update management on development and investment requirements
- Keep a firm structure and overview on customer mapping and regional development of business in the foodservice and HORECA channel
- Owns and lead local deployment of innovations including secures supply and demand balance with relevant stakeholder in supply chain
In addition to this, there are specific tasks will be responsible for:
- Development and updating of channel profiles.
- Lead the development and execution of the channel plan.
- Detailed sales and promotional plan, and forecast
- Take ownership of the Customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; customer satisfaction)
- Lead regular customer business reviews (quarterly / annually as agreed) against agreed performance criteria
- Regularly report performance against account objectives.
- Lead the provision of timely and accurate forecasts of changes in channel demand into the demand planning process
- Number of customers: Accounts across Iraq. Align with category development team to Implement all market activation activities to build brand development and maximize brand performance in Food Service Channel
- Identifying market potential in order to establish New Accounts in the HORECA channel
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Create understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends.
- Monitoring competition.

Personal competencies:
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Sales, Marketing.
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel.
- A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
- English Language is a plus.
Requirement:
- Work experience of 3-5 plus years in Supervisory level
- Prior work experience in a food service sales position
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
