Hygiene Operative - Aylesbur

As a Hygiene Operative you will be part of a high-performance team both delivering and supporting other functions to meet challenging department, team and personal goals. The role will be to support a team, optimize resources and coordinate activities to ensure cleaning targets are met which in turn contributes to ensuring site goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction.
• Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Ensure full completion of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning targets.
• Ensure departmental procedures are followed and records are maintained.
• Support on the review of the Standard Operational Procedures
• Contribute to the team reporting and decision making process.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
• Actively promote communication links and good working relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences.
• Plan work day effectively to optimise resources and output.
• To carry out any other duties commensurate with the role.
• Able to work on its own and be able to challenge different areas of the business.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Recording confirmation of tasks completed.
• Making sure you have enough stock for your area/s
