Class 1/HGV Night Drivers - Aylesbury

Night shift patterns 4 on 2 off –  Nights £21.80/hour. Minimum 11 hours per shift paid additional Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday payment.

Arla Foods is one of the world’s biggest dairy producers and we are now looking for a driver. Join our Bulk Farm Driver team at our Aylesbury Transport Hub as a one of our two new Class 1 HGV Drivers, and you'll contribute to making food that is loved by millions.

About the job
As a key member of our Logistics operation and an ambassador for Arla across the UK, you will work as part of a larger driver team, collecting raw milk from our dairy producers and transporting to our manufacturing sites. We are looking for both day shift and night shift drivers working a 4 on 2 off pattern and a minimum of 44hrs per week:

• You’ll promote our culture and values every day and be willing to participate in training and business development activities
• As a forward thinker, you will be confident to challenge the status quo and improve our ways of working and be willing to go the extra mile for our farmer owners and colleagues alike

Who are you?

• A motivated team player with a Class 1 License, who knows about supply chain processes and sticking to health and safety rules
• It’s vital you can understand and read all signage, and communicate well with others, especially as our sites run on teamwork
• What’s more, you’re as serious about quality as we are - and ready to work hard to achieve it
