Leading our logistic efforts across UAE

 As our Logistic associate, you will ensure effective and efficient logistics and distribution operations. You should be able to promptly resolve fleet, distribution, supply issues and have strong negotiation skills your key responsibilities will be to lead smooth operations with government authorities. In doing so you will be responsible for following :

• Assists in ensuring availability and optimal planning of transport resources.
• Assists in ensuring that routes depart on time to deliver customer service levels to the agreed standard.
• Assists in ensuring high quality in the operation of central transport scheduling processes and that all documentation is kept and maintained.
• Follows established processes providing day-to-day support necessary to ensure delivery of operational targets, supporting transport planning and administration
• Works under close supervision of more senior Transport planners
• Delivers standard operational tasks for defined area.
• Is exposed to being first point of contact for business in case of issues related to transport planning
• Contributes to a collaborative work environment within own team and with stakeholders to ensure efficiency
• Complies with Arla Foods’ standards, policies as well as applicable law and Health, Safety & Food Safety procedures.

Educational background/experience

• Newly graduated from relevant practical experience
• Basic IT skills
• Fluency in English
• Digital mindset
• UAE Driving License
