How you will make an impact
In this role you will be one of our product developers within Early Life Nutrition. You will support the development and transfer of our recipes and products to a new strategical production partner. The Early Life Nutrition community in Arla Foods amba is tight connected and you will work in close collaboration with both colleagues in product development, regulatory, product management, international markets, the global category and external partners. Your assignments will include recipe and process development, data management and handling, documentation and trouble shooting.
Your key responsibility will be:
- Recipe and product development within Early Life Nutrition
- Handling of large data sets and complex product component dependencies
- Collaborate with our external partner to deliver production and transfer of products on time
- Collaborate with category and markets to ensure continuous development of opportunities
- Participate in the end-to-end process from ideation to implementation
How you will make an impact
To be successful in this role, you are curious, open-minded, and able to see things from a broader perspective. You are detail oriented and you have strong competencies within handling large data sets and complex data sheets. You display a strong sense of quality in both products and your work, allowing you to plan, organize, and document your activities accordingly. Furthermore, you have a solid ingredient knowledge.
Additionally we imagine that you have:
- A background in dairy, food technology, or food science with extensive ingredient experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience from a similar position or a production environment, where you have successfully built a solid base of product and process knowledge.
- Knowledge on nutrition – in particular early life - is an advantage
- As part of a global team, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
